Well we managed to get all the nest boxes installed before the birds started to get to busy. Its been quite successful up to now, and were so pleased we fitted the inspection cameras as you can see exactly what's in the box. Over the last week we have visited all the sites were boxes, dens and holts were built over the years.
Holme-On-Spaldingmoor, Arglam Farm.
After two years the Tawny Owl of Tawny Wood has finally found new romance, last week i counted four eggs, now i can see at least two owlets been fed, i hope all four make it this time.
The Otter holt is been used by the areas family, also two Barn Owl, one Little Owl & two Tawny Owls are all in nesting boxes.

Harlethorpe, Green Farm.
The Little Owl hasn't been spotted this year yet, even on the trail cameras, were not sure what's happened there but well keep you up to date, out of the two Kestrel Boxes installed One has a Crow and the other one a Kestrel is currently incubating six eggs. The Barn Owl is still using the old grain silo to raise there brood and the Tawny Owls have a natural cavity in a tree, lets hope they can leave the Kestrel alone.
